Description
Isomalt granules are already tempered so it is easy to melt and use. Once melted in the microwave or on the hob, this product can be poured slowly over ice cubes, into cold water or onto the silicone mat to create beautiful abstract structures that cake be used to decorate cakes with that special ‘wow’ factor.
Isomalt may be coloured using any gel/paste colour or even with lustre dust. Two or more colours may be used in one mould for an enhanced effect.
