Use individually to polish sugarpaste or use 2 at the same time to create sharp edges
The lightly frosted surface prevents sticking or pulling while working with sugar paste, helping you achieve amazingly smooth finishes
Can also be used for ganache, modelling paste, covering pastes, marzipan and much more
Pack includes 2 smoothers – one with a straight edge and one with a rounded edge
Suitable for both square and round cakes . . . for a round cake, place the curved edge smoother on top of your iced cake, facing the edge. Use the straight edge smoother on the side of your cake and un your smoothers along the edge of your cake, until the edges are as sharp as desired. For a square cake, use the straight edge of each smoother to achieve the same results
