These toppers are hardened for strength, making them too hard to eat and although they are made with gum paste they are non-edible and must be removed before serving. Kept dry and handled with care, they travel well and photograph beautifully.

Hints and Tips

Plain Gumpaste can be coloured with lustre dust or edible paints. Plan placement before you commit. Try to colour match your other decorations as closely as possible. For tiered cakes, echo the main topper with one or two smaller pieces lower down to lead the eye.

How to Use

Ensure the cake surface is firm and set or dry. Position gently and remove the decoration before serving.
