This modelling tool is ideal for use with a wide range of edible and non-edible materials including sugar paste (rolled fondant), flower paste gum paste), marzipan or craft clays.

\nIdeal for thinning and smoothing the edges of leaves, flower petals and frills.

\nPlace the shape paste onto a foam pad and using the modelling tool, positioned over the edge of the paste, slide the tool to thin and shape as required.
