Hints and Tips

Colours develop and settle as they rest, especially in fondant and royal icing, always allow time for the colours to develop before using. If you're working with bold tones, it helps to start with a tinted base. The paste is thick, so it won’t dilute your mix. That’s especially useful for run-sensitive work like piping or cut-outs. Always use a clean toothpick or tool, and don’t double dip to keep the colour fresh and the pot clean.

How to Use

Open the pot and dip in a clean toothpick or tool. Add the paste a little at a time and mix in until the colour is fully even. Repeat in small amounts until you reach the shade you want. Wipe the rim, replace the lid, and store in a cool, dry place.
