Hints and Tips
Match the card to the exact size of the cake when stacking tiers. This hides the edge and improves stability. Add a small smear of buttercream or ganache under the sponge to stop it sliding.
How to Use
Place the cake on the card before decorating. Smooth the icing down to the edge for a clean line. If stacking, insert dowels into the lower tier, then position the carded tier on top, secure with a a smear of buttercream and check level before finishing the seam.
Please Note
Edges are cut, not wrapped, so avoid standing the card in pooled moisture. Recycle where facilities exist. Store flat in a cool, dry place.
